Job Opening – Community Liaison
Generations Home Healthcare is currently seeking a self-motivated, driven Community Liaison with a background in sales and marketing and a proven sales track record to join our team. For this position you need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment; be competitive and driven to succeed; able to work with minimal supervision in an organized, responsible manner; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; and have a desire to be an essential part in the growth of the agency. This is an external sales and marketing position in healthcare.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through outside sales in skilled nursing/rehab facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, hospital case managers, physician’s offices, hospice agencies, etc.
- Engage with the community through networking and community events
- Host and run events
- Strong commitment to results
- Obtain and close leads
- Develop and implement sales plan
- Submit weekly reports
- Plan and manage your own schedule
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-directed
- Reliable transportation
