Generations Home Healthcare is currently seeking a self-motivated, driven Community Liaison with a background in sales and marketing and a proven sales track record to join our team. This is an external sales and marketing position in healthcare.

    Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources through outside sales in skilled nursing/rehab facilities, independent and assisted living facilities, hospital case managers, physician’s offices, hospice agencies, etc.

  • Engage with the community through networking and community events
  • Host and run events
  • Strong commitment to results
  • Obtain and close leads
  • Develop and implement sales plan
  • Submit weekly reports
  • Plan and manage your own schedule
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Self-directed
  • Reliable transportation
